Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on ddmmeter.com, why they are used, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets a site recognise your browser on a later visit, or count visits in a consistent way. Related technologies such as local storage do a similar job.
What this site uses
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site. It sets cookies that record an anonymous identifier for your browser, which pages you visit, and roughly where in the world you are. We use this in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we do not use. This site does not run advertising cookies, does not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites, and does not share cookie data with advertising networks.
Third-party portals
The resident and property manager login portals linked from this site are operated by other companies. Once you follow those links, any cookies set are theirs and governed by their policies, not this one.
How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them in future. The relevant setting is usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you using any part of this website.
Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not currently change our behaviour based on it, and we are telling you that plainly rather than leaving it unsaid.
Changes
If the cookies used on this site change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
